Want to be fair: navigation is excellent, even under our maples where I expected trouble, and having the spare blades on hand is great. The one honest gripe is that when I let it run on damp morning grass it leaves small clumps behind. Doesn't get stuck or lose its way, it just doesn't mulch as cleanly when it's wet. I've started scheduling it for afternoons and that mostly solves it. Wanted to set expectations for other shady-lot folks.
