We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact Sunseeker Support within 5 business days at support@sunseekertech.com.
We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods, as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Subject to the following return conditions:
30-Day Unopened Returns: If the robotic lawn mower remains unopened, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and include all components without any signs of tampering or damage to the packaging. Once opened, returns will no longer be accepted unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a robotic lawn mower that is faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will provide guidance on returning or exchanging the product.
Our customer service team will determine whether your order is eligible for return. After confirming your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please confirm the return address before sending back, and make sure all components are included in the package.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
If the machine fails to operate correctly due to improper settings by the user or failure to follow the operating instructions, the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs, as outlined in our policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
After you have returned the product to our warehouse and provided us the shipping information, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 5 business days, please contact us at support@sunseekertech.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sunseekertech.com.

You do not need strong signal across your yard. The X5 only needs Wi-Fi where the charging base sits — the RTK antenna and mower handle the rest, even on a 3-story lot.
Set the charging dock near a Wi-Fi point and mount the RTK antenna where it has a clear view of the sky. No trenching, no boundary wire.
Drive the X5 around your lawn once from your phone, then drop no-go zones and corridors. Most yards are mapped in 20–25 minutes.
Set cutting days and heights (1.6–3.2 in), and the X5 docks, charges and resumes on its own. Edit zones anytime.
The Sunseeker X5 robot lawn mower uses two layers of obstacle avoidance. AI avoidance recognizes the type of object ahead and steers around it; anti-collision avoidance physically detects objects taller than about 15 inches that the camera does not classify. In everyday use it works around common yard objects such as toys, garden hoses, flower pots, exposed tree roots, stumps, chairs, water pipes, pets, and people.
The Sunseeker X5 lets you set cutting heights from 1.6 in to 3.2 in through the app, so you can match the height to your grass type and season.
On lawns that are new to a robotic mower or have longer grass, plan to replace the blades every 1 to 2 months. Once the X5 keeps your lawn at a consistent height, the blades last considerably longer.

I was surprised how easy it was to setup the Sunseeker X5. Using the app on my phone, I steered the robot around the perimeter of the lawn, around the "no-go" areas, and connected the strip of grass next to the road using a "corridor". I have scheduled cutting every other day, and I water deeply on no-mow days and now I can forget about the lawn, yest I have a professional finish.
The installation process was easier than I expected. The initial setup took a little over an hour. After using it, the lawn height is very even, and daily maintenance hardly requires any effort from me.
Edge cutting is better than I expected for a robot mower. While occasional touch-ups are needed, overall results are clean and tidy.
The price reflects the technology, but the convenience of wireless setup, smart navigation, and automation makes it worthwhile.
Saw it at a store display and the build quality sold me. Half acre, real slopes, centimeter-accurate paths. Best mower I've owned.

My back hill pushed 30 degrees and stopped two other robots cold. The X5's all-wheel drive just marched up it in straight lines.
Cut quality is excellent and the AWD handles my sloped half acre with ease. My only nitpick is that drawing the virtual boundaries in the app took me two or three attempts before I got them clean — the walk-the-perimeter step was a little finicky the first time. Once it was set, flawless. Still an easy 4 stars, would've been 5 with a smoother boundary wizard.

My property is broken into three chunks by a driveway and a shed. I set each one as its own zone and the X5 works through them on a schedule. The virtual boundaries let me carve out the garden and the trampoline area with no fuss.
I was skeptical about the whole centimeter-level accuracy claim. Then I watched it edge along my flower beds with maybe a finger's width to spare, lap after lap, same line every time. AONavi Pro clearly knows exactly where it is.

Bought after I saw one running a demo lawn at a retail store near me. The online-exclusive X5 was the same unit, so I ordered it and don't regret it one bit.
The spec says 60% grade and I have a section that's got to be close to that. It powers through where I honestly expected it to slide. Impressive traction.
Precision and slope climbing are top notch and it looks premium in person, exactly like the demo unit I saw in the store. Small gripe: editing the weekly schedule per zone felt clunky and I had to poke around to find settings. Not a dealbreaker at all, just a bit of a learning curve. Four solid stars.

No boundary wire to bury. Set up the virtual borders in the app and it handles my roughly half-acre lot without me touching a thing.
Half my back yard is a nasty grade and every wheeled mower I owned would spin out. The X5 just crawls right up it. All-wheel drive plus the tread means it hasn't gotten stuck once in six weeks.
I did not believe a robot could deal with my yard. Between the slope near the shed and the flower beds I figured it'd get stuck hourly. Three weeks in and it has gotten stuck exactly zero times. The virtual boundaries kept it out of the beds without me burying a single wire. I was wrong and I'm happy to say so.
Coming from a big commercial zero-turn I used on my property, I was worried a robot couldn't match the finish. It doesn't cut faster obviously, but the consistency day over day is better than I ever managed. The cm-level positioning means it hits the same clean lines every time.
We've got right around 0.5 acre with a couple of tricky grade changes near the patio. I set up three zones in the app and let it run on a schedule. The offset blade gets tight against the retaining wall so I barely touch the trimmer anymore. Cutting quality has been consistently even, no scalping on the uneven spots. For a mid-sized yard with slopes this thing is a genuine workhorse and the precision from the RTK plus V-SLAM combo really shows in how repeatable the paths are.

My property is basically a ski slope in places. 30 degrees on the side yard. The AWD grips like nothing I've owned and the multi-zone setup let me tell it to be extra careful over there. Very impressed.
The mower itself is excellent and the AWD is impressive on my incline. My only gripe is that drawing the virtual boundaries the first time was a bit finicky in the app and I had to redo one zone twice before it stuck. Once dialed in, it's flawless. Knocking one star just for the setup fuss.

I'm 68 and pushing a mower around half an acre in July heat was getting to be too much. My son helped me get the X5 going and now I just watch it from the porch. The offset blade even trims right up against the fence line so I barely have to touch the trimmer anymore. Best money I've spent on the yard in years.
Want to be fair because overall I'm happy — the AWD really does climb and the cut is clean. My honest caveat: on the steepest section when the grass is still wet in the morning, it'll occasionally pause and reposition rather than power through. I ended up scheduling that zone for later in the day once things dry and the issue basically went away. A dedicated wet-traction mode would make it a 5 for me. Not a dealbreaker, just something to plan around if your steep part stays damp.

Ran a wired Husqvarna for four years and was tired of the guide-wire breaks every spring. Switched to the X5 for the wire-free setup and the AWD. Night and day. It climbs my terraced back slope the Husqvarna never could, holds its lines to the centimeter, and the app actually makes sense. The offset cutting deck getting close to hardscape edges is a nice bonus I didn't expect.
Cuts beautifully and climbs my slope no problem. Only reason it's four stars is the app occasionally loses connection to the mower and I have to reopen it. Minor but noticeable.
