Placing a pre-order does not guarantee immediate shipment. The shipping date will adhere to the scheduled dates for each product. However, please be aware that potential logistical challenges may cause delays. Customers will be promptly notified of any changes to the shipping schedule.

Shipping Information
Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.
We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact Sunseeker Support within 5 business days at support@sunseekertech.com.
We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods, as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Subject to the following return conditions:
30-Day Unopened Returns: If the robotic lawn mower remains unopened, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and include all components without any signs of tampering or damage to the packaging. Once opened, returns will no longer be accepted unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a robotic lawn mower that is faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will provide guidance on returning or exchanging the product.
Our customer service team will determine whether your order is eligible for return. After confirming your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please confirm the return address before sending back, and make sure all components are included in the package.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
If the machine fails to operate correctly due to improper settings by the user or failure to follow the operating instructions, the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs, as outlined in our policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
After you have returned the product to our warehouse and provided us the shipping information, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 5 business days, please contact us at support@sunseekertech.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sunseekertech.com.

You do not need strong signal across your yard. The X5 only needs Wi-Fi where the charging base sits — the RTK antenna and mower handle the rest, even on a 3-story lot.
Set the charging dock near a Wi-Fi point and mount the RTK antenna where it has a clear view of the sky. No trenching, no boundary wire.
Drive the X5 around your lawn once from your phone, then drop no-go zones and corridors. Most yards are mapped in 20–25 minutes.
Set cutting days and heights (1.6–3.2 in), and the X5 docks, charges and resumes on its own. Edit zones anytime.
The Sunseeker X5 robot lawn mower uses two layers of obstacle avoidance. AI avoidance recognizes the type of object ahead and steers around it; anti-collision avoidance physically detects objects taller than about 15 inches that the camera does not classify. In everyday use it works around common yard objects such as toys, garden hoses, flower pots, exposed tree roots, stumps, chairs, water pipes, pets, and people.
The Sunseeker X5 lets you set cutting heights from 1.6 in to 3.2 in through the app, so you can match the height to your grass type and season.
On lawns that are new to a robotic mower or have longer grass, plan to replace the blades every 1 to 2 months. Once the X5 keeps your lawn at a consistent height, the blades last considerably longer.

I have about 1/3 acre lawn and live in the Sunshine State. I love Florida, but in the middle of summer, mowing the lawn and cleanup takes about 90 minutes. I was always trying to plan my next mow around the kids schedule, the weather and any travel plans. Now that I have the mower setup, the only thing I need to do is trim the edges for about 15 minutes once a week. There are no lawn clippings on my yard anymore. This mower has been an absolute game changer for me. I will now sell my riding mower, and can ditch the gas can (except when needed for the generator). Overall, I am super stoked. One thing I would like to see in the future, is a camera on the machine. Perhaps they make them on other more expensive machines. I would like to see if there are any obstacles in the yard, or if any person or animal is near the unit. My other recommendation is for the machine to work on the edges a little better, near fences dn sidewalks. But still not a dealbreaker for me.
Set up was a little pain but you have to go through the motions and set up step by step. Main thing is downloading the updates accordingly so the RTK antenna can communicate. Once it set up and running it cuts super great love it!
I was surprised how easy it was to setup the Sunseeker X5. Using the app on my phone, I steered the robot around the perimeter of the lawn, around the "no-go" areas, and connected the strip of grass next to the road using a "corridor". I have scheduled cutting every other day, and I water deeply on no-mow days and now I can forget about the lawn, yest I have a professional finish.
The installation process was easier than I expected. The initial setup took a little over an hour. After using it, the lawn height is very even, and daily maintenance hardly requires any effort from me.
Edge cutting is better than I expected for a robot mower. While occasional touch-ups are needed, overall results are clean and tidy.
The price reflects the technology, but the convenience of wireless setup, smart navigation, and automation makes it worthwhile.

The offset blade trims right along our long driveway and the fence, edges I used to do by hand every week. That chore is simply gone now.
Spent every Saturday on a zero-turn for our sloped half-acre. The X5 climbs the same banks with AWD and cuts straighter lines than I did.
It's clearly the flagship — AWD, centimeter precision, the offset edge blade. The price is real, but for a sloped half-acre it's earned its keep already.

We paid a landscaper every two weeks for the half-acre. The X5 does it all itself, more consistently. On track to pay for itself this season.
Checked out the build in person and was sold. The centimeter RTK precision is real — dead-straight stripes across the whole half-acre.
My previous robot dodged the slope and the tight corner by the shed. The X5 does the lot — climbs, edges, and maps the whole property without gaps.
Our back slope is genuinely steep and 2WD stuff slid on it. The X5's all-wheel drive grips and climbs, no drama. Whole yard cut evenly now.
Walking and refining half an acre of map took a while. After that it's perfect. The AWD and precision on the grades are as advertised.

The all-wheel drive gets the attention, but the cm-level accuracy is what wows me — no skipped rows, no overlap. The lawn looks professionally striped.

We have a real grade that stalled every 2WD robot. The X5's all-wheel drive climbs it without slipping. First time the whole half-acre gets cut evenly.
I was skeptical of the all-wheel-drive marketing until it powered up my back grade the first day. It genuinely climbs where my old robot spun out.
The initial map of half an acre took a while to walk and refine. After that it's flawless. The AWD and precision are the real deal on grades.
