Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on your location from our warehouse.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Placing a pre-order does not guarantee immediate shipment. The shipping date will adhere to the scheduled dates for each product. However, please be aware that potential logistical challenges may cause delays. Customers will be promptly notified of any changes to the shipping schedule.

Shipping Information
Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.
We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact Sunseeker Support within 5 business days at support@sunseekertech.com.
We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods, as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.

Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Subject to the following return conditions:
- Return Conditions
30-Day Unopened Returns: If the robotic lawn mower remains unopened, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and include all components without any signs of tampering or damage to the packaging. Once opened, returns will no longer be accepted unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a robotic lawn mower that is faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will provide guidance on returning or exchanging the product.
- Return Process
Our customer service team will determine whether your order is eligible for return. After confirming your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please confirm the return address before sending back, and make sure all components are included in the package.
- Shipping fees
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
If the machine fails to operate correctly due to improper settings by the user or failure to follow the operating instructions, the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs, as outlined in our policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
After you have returned the product to our warehouse and provided us the shipping information, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 5 business days, please contact us at support@sunseekertech.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Currently two sets of obstacle avoidance modes are used, AI avoidance and anti-collision avoidance. AI avoidance will recognize the type of object to avoid. Anti-collision avoidance will not recognize and avoid the obstacle if it is lower than 15 in. Types of obstacles that can be recognized and avoided: Tables, fire hydrants, rocks, plastic bottles, horses, elk, trees, frisbees, cell phones, hole shovels, woodpiles, hammers, hobby knives, box scales, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, hedge clippers, pet toys, exposed tree roots, stumps, couch cushions, water pipes, people, dogs, cats, chairs, trampolines, swings, hedgehogs, flower pots, stumps, cables, white pvc pipe.
