The edge cutting and multi-zone scheduling are superb. The anti-theft alarm startled me until I turned it down. Still an easy four stars.

The part I hated most was edging along the fence on my knees. The offset blade does it automatically now. That feature alone earns five stars.

Can't say enough about the Ride-on-Edge blade — my fence line and paver edges look professionally trimmed and I've retired my string trimmer. The one thing I'll flag for buyers: getting the RTK/AONavi positioning dialed in took me a couple tries to find a good spot with clear sky, so give yourself a little setup time. Once it's locked in, the accuracy and multi-zone control are excellent.

Add in the multi-zone setup — I've got a front, a back, and a weird side strip all programmed separately — and the AONavi RTK navigation keeps it dead accurate row to row. The AI dodged my dog twice that I saw. And the GPS anti-theft with geofencing gives me real peace of mind leaving it out. This is the first one that eliminated hand-trimming for me, full stop.

We leave the mower out in a fairly open yard and I was nervous about it walking off. The geofencing and GPS anti-theft settled that — if it leaves the zone I get an alert. Haven't needed it, but I sleep better.

Let me lead with the good: the edge cutting and multi-zone are excellent and it's clearly a capable machine. My three-star reason is practical — I have a row of tall oaks near the house and the RTK signal drops in that corner, so it occasionally pauses or drifts until it re-acquires. I ended up repositioning the base station to a more open spot which helped a lot, but figuring that out took some trial and error. I'd also caution folks with steep wet slopes to watch traction on damp days. Fixable stuff, just wanted to be honest about the learning process.

Cuts beautifully and the anti-theft gives me peace of mind. The only reason it's not five is the multi-zone app took me a bit to wrap my head around at first — once it clicked it was easy, but the initial setup of separate zones wasn't as intuitive as I expected.

Didn't believe a robot could edge along a fence without a human finishing it. The Ride-on-Edge proved me wrong on day one. Consider me converted.
